Army Rapid Capabilities Office Broad Agency Announcement (BAA)

The RCO has released a BAA, available on the FedBizOpps website and grants.gov. The BAA is directed at advancing state-of-the-art technologies and increasing understanding that would lead to innovations. Areas of interest for this BAA include: positioning, navigation and timing; cyber; electronic warfare; optical augmentation; survivability; swarm/anti-swarm; and other disruptive technologies.

This BAA is a continuously open announcement and the RCO will periodically make amendments, which will be publicized as special notices on the FedBizOps and grants.gov websites. These special notices will detail specific areas of interest and solicit information and solutions.

Within the Army Rapid Capabilities Office, there is a dedicated cell called the Emerging Technologies Office (ETO). The ETO mission is to directly, and continuously, align, understand and drive academia, industry and Science & Technology solutions to near-term and emerging threats with development and demonstration of revolutionary new capabilities while leveraging innovation by other government agencies and industry partners. Industry partners and other parties who desire to share information with the Emerging Technologies Office should click the "Submit a Technology" button below.
